Effective date: August 22, 2026

These terms govern use of https://avemujica.moe (the “Site”), operated by Ellye Productions LLC, 1942 Broadway, Suite 314C, Boulder, CO 80302, United States. Production work is performed under a separate written agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls for that work.

The Site

The Site describes the company and its capabilities. It is not an offer to sell securities, a guarantee of availability, or a promise that any particular project will be accepted.

Intellectual property

The name Ellye Productions LLC, the Ellye mark, and the contents of the Site are owned by the company or its licensors. You may not copy them for commercial use without permission.

The product

AveMujica API is operated at api.avemujica.moe. Model availability, pricing, and console features may change. Paid access is governed by the terms presented in the console at the time of purchase.

Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ellye Productions LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site. Some states do not allow certain limitations; in those states our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Colorado have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek injunctive relief anywhere.
